We provide Free shipping in the United Kingdom only including Northern Ireland, The Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.
Currently we are using Royal Mail for small orders and EVRI for large orders.
We aim to process your order within 24 Hours from the time of purchase. All orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 Hours of purchase. This is an estimate time however we aim to process your Order as soon as possible.
Your order will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days from the day after the purchase.
We know and believe that you will love our Oud Fragrance but just incase if you are not satisfy with your purchase you have 14 days to return all unused products in the Original packaging.
A refund or a replacement will be issued once we have received the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
